This is a decent routine...

But the real key to getting abs is to get rid of all the fat that&#039;s covering your abs. A healthy diet, cardio, and weight exercises are a must for getting abs.

I have a video in my channel for whoever wants to develop abs. Seriously, if you’re trying to get abs, you should watch it. It will definitely save you from some misconceptions.

Depending on yoir fitness level you need atleast 1 rest day in between, maybe do some cardio on that day.
